Chuck Burton started The Real Estate Group (TRG) with a simple philosophy-build it and they will come. And they did-hundreds of agents have flocked to TRG since it opened its doors in 1999. What’s his secret?
Burton bases his one-stop real estate company on a novel idea-give agent more control, less hassle and, above all, Less out-of-pocket expense. “I’ve always thought agents got a raw deal when it comes to the way commissions are structured,” says Burton. “I thought about starting a program like this for years, but was afraid it would fail. I’m happy to say l was wrong.”
TRG also has a mentoring program where seasoned agents can take new agents under their wing. This is a win-win for everyone involved. Training is also available weekly in our conference room covering contacts to prospecting! All this incentive makes for a very enticing work environment and to date, TRG boasts a total of over 300 agents.
